We had the most amazing stay at Sarah’s place! The interior and exterior were both so beautifully decorated, it felt like a true oasis. Sarah was responsive and communicative. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great house especially for those traveling with kids! My daughter loved the swing and all the toys including the little play kitchen and all the frozen books. The house was clean and you could tell it was new! The Disney theme was adorable - it wasn’t too gaudy, just perfect! The location is especially great for those going to Disney - 15 minutes and you’re there! They even had a high chair and a bunch of plates, cups and cutlery for kids so we didn’t have to worry that something would break. Makes traveling with kids so much easier and relaxing!

The absolute cutest AirBnB for my best friends bachelorette! The house is about an 8 minute uber ride from downtown SD, which makes it convenient when going out but also is far enough away that when you want to relax, it’s in a cute, peaceful neighborhood that let’s you just chill!
The house itself has a ton of flexible sleeping options, and was a perfect fit for our group of nine! Sarah was so responsive, gave great suggestions for local activities, and was just the absolute best! Hot tub in the backyard, super cute photo ops all throughout the home, and just a great vibe over all!
Next girl’s trip, we’ll definitely be back!

Sarah’s place was perfect for our multi generational family. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. Her place was close to everything and very convenient. It was so thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Our granddaughter loved the pool, the dress-ups and the toys, and we all really liked spending time together in the outdoor area-watching a game on the tv, eating meals together, talking around the fire pit, or playing games. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at Avocottage! Very pleased with our experience.
Each room was thoughtfully curated with so many cute design details. The space was comfortable and clean. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place — the pool was a great temp and relaxing, the backyard serene with swings and a fire pit for s’more’s(!), the game room was a hit with the PacMan arcade and the space overall was just adorable. It was also nice to have separate pool towels and a washer / dryer available for use.
Sarah is an amazing host; very quick to respond with clear communication. She went the extra mile to ensure the floors and rugs were clean for us as we have crawling babies. She also kindly answered a million of my questions, had a crib and high chair waiting for us and kept in contact throughout our stay to ensure we were well taken care of.
Thanks, Sarah for a welcoming and memorable stay — our family had an amazing time! We will return! Five stars!

We couldn’t have found a more ideal place for two nuclear families to stay comfortably together. This place is a dream for young kids and we made the most of the incredibly comfortable and well equipped back yard.

We had the privilege to stay here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a trip to Disneyland. This home was fitting with the Disney themes. Lovely home with a lot of work put into it with plenty of activities for our group of kids. I definitely recommend and would visit again. Great communication with a friendly host. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
