One of the best hosts on airbnb. Beautiful home with everything so well thought out for guests. The backyard is a real highlight with heated pool, firepit, outdoor seating, games etc. Perfect for families and kids. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We did the mid-stay clean which was well worth it and easy to organize. Some of the rooms are a little cozy but the beds and bedding all very comfortable. Would love to come back.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful! The place was as pictured. The provided Guidebook for the property was detailed and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future ! 😃

We had such a great stay here! We felt like we were in a Barbie dream house and every amenity made our stay feel so personalized. You can feel the care Sarah puts into this place. She has gone above and beyond. Would absolutely love to stay here again

This stay was great! The home is so comfy and spacious we loved it! The host was helpful and constantly checking in and how the stay was going and if anything was needed. I definitely recommend this home if you want to be close to downtown and have a group. Would definitely stay again if I plan on coming back to San Diego!

We loved our stay at the AvoCottage! It was just as pictured, but better! We particularly appreciated all the nice touches and that all basics we needed were provided - coffee, paper products, dishwasher soap were all provided and lasted through our stay. The backyard is amazing, as were all the thoughtful design and entertainment choices throughout the house. We hope we can come back sometime! Oh, and the friendly bodega across the street always had everything we needed! that was super convenient.

We came to California for a family trip, overall great experience! We loved the theme of the house and Sarah our host was very nice and communicative! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful time in the Santa Ana area!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Avocottage!
The house is gorgeous and thought out down to every detail. The swings in the tree were a favorite for our family. Will be back to stay again
