Unreported damage may be reported to the booking platform and result in additional charges. 🐶 Pet Policy • No pets allowed Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees. 🧻 Supplies We provide an initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and dish soap. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed during their stay. 🔇 Quiet Hours Please respect daily quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors. 🛠️ Amenities We do our best to ensure all amenities are fully operational. If something stops working during your stay and we are notified, we will refund $15 per 24-hour period the amenity is unavailable due to mechanical failure.
